At VRAI, we understand the emotional significance of an engagement ring or jewelry design crafted specifically for you or your loved one, and that's why we're committed to offering lifetime diamond upgrading for your VRAI created diamond.

With our Lifetime Diamond Upgrade Program, any certified unique solitaire diamond chosen from our Diamond Inventory (0.30ct and above) set in a VRAI setting or purchased loose, is eligible for an upgrade at any time. You can return your original VRAI created diamond and receive a credit equivalent to the purchase price, which can be applied towards any diamond jewelry on VRAI.com or in our showrooms that is at least fifty percent greater in value.

• Please fill out the form here to begin the process.  
• Return your original VRAI created diamond to be inspected.  
• You may receive a credit equivalent to the purchase price of your VRAI created diamond, which can be applied towards any diamond jewelry on VRAI.com or in a VRAI showroom that is at least fifty percent greater in value.  
• For VRAI created diamonds in a VRAI setting, your original setting will be recycled and you will be credited 30% of the original purchase price of the setting before taxes as well.  
• If you choose to purchase another VRAI engagement ring, a new setting must be purchased as each setting is custom-made based on the diamond's specific measurements.  
• Lifetime diamond upgrading is exclusive to the original purchaser and does not include duties or taxes paid on the purchase, or shipping costs.  
• All applicable duties and taxes will be charged on the full retail price of your new jewelry, prior to applying the credit.  
• The entire credit must be used towards your order, and all diamond jewelry purchases made with this credit are final sale.  
• The customer is responsible for return shipping.
