We offer $10 standard delivery for all orders in the U.S., with the option for expedited shipping at an extra cost. In the EU, standard shipping is €25, and in the UK, it's £20. At VRAI, transparency is one of our core values, which is why we openly display this fee instead of incorporating it into the product price like other companies.
30-Day Returns
You can return for a refund to the purchaser’s original method of payment or a gift card within 30 days of delivery. Your purchase must come back to us in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by all original documentation. Misused jewelry or jewelry altered by a third-party jeweler is not eligible for return.

Lifetime Warranty
VRAI stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry and offers a free lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on fine jewelry purchases. If you experience damage to your purchase due to manufacturing, please contact us so we may evaluate your piece. Email hello@vrai.com with photos, a short video, and a description of how the damage occurred.
Insurance
We work with Jewelers Mutual Insurance Group to offer repair and replacement jewelry insurance on VRAI purchases. If your jewelry gets lost, stolen, damaged or just mysteriously disappears, they've got you covered. Available for US and Canada (excluding Quebec) only.
