LIFETIME CARE

At any time, receive full credit for a qualifying VRAI-created diamond toward the purchase of a new stone or jewelry valued at twice its original value

You’ll receive annual comprehensive cleaning, polishing, prong inspection, and re-dipping (for white gold only). Contact us to begin the process.

If you believe your engagement ring or wedding band has a manufacturing defect, send it back to us for inspection. We will repair or replace your ring if necessary.

The VRAI Diamond Certificate guarantees the grade of your diamond, and is backed by a full Lifetime Warranty. Other diamond reports, including those from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), do not contain any guarantee and/or carry disclaimers.

You may resize one full size—up or down—at any time. However, eternity bands cannot be resized and must be exchanged or returned. Contact us to begin the process.
