Lifetime Warranty
Your engagement ring, wedding band, and VRAI created diamond are backed by a lifetime warranty and are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects. If you believe your ring has a defect, send it back to us at any time for an inspection. Email hello@vrai.com with photos, a short video, and a description of how the damage occurred.
Free Expedited Shipping
VRAI offers complimentary standard delivery for all orders in the United States. We also offer free shipping in Canada for orders over $600, and in Europe and the UK for orders over €500/£350.
All engagement rings and wedding bands ship via complimentary two business day delivery service. (US only)
30-Day Returns
You can return your engagement ring and wedding bands for a refund to the purchaser’s original method of payment or a gift card within 30 days of delivery. Your purchase must come back to us in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by all original documentation. Misused jewelry or jewelry altered by a third-party jeweler is not eligible for return.
Complimentary Resizing
As part of our lifetime care package, engagement rings and wedding bands may be resized up or down one full size. All-diamond bands, such as Infinity or Eternity Bands, cannot be resized and must be exchanged or returned. Order our complimentary ring sizer for a perfect fit from the start.
Annual Shine
Our lifetime care package covers annual comprehensive cleaning, polishing, and prong tightening. We also offer re-dipping for white gold settings. Contact us at hello@vrai.com to begin the process.

Diamond Upgrade Program
We guarantee the value of your VRAI created diamond, which is why we are proud to provide diamond upgrades to our customers. Your VRAI created diamond of 1/2 ct and above can be returned for credit equivalent to the original purchase price and then used for a diamond jewelry purchase at least 50% greater in value.
Insurance
We work with Jewelers Mutual Insurance Group to offer repair and replacement jewelry insurance on VRAI purchases. If your jewelry gets lost, stolen, damaged or just mysteriously disappears, they've got you covered. Available for US and Canada (excluding Quebec) only.
